Believe it or not, what you’re experiencing makes sense. Our minds and bodies have incredible ways of protecting us, especially when we’ve lived through hard things. But over time, those same coping strategies can start to feel limiting or even confusing—like parts of you are in conflict, or you can’t quite access the version of yourself you want to be.
In therapy, we slow down just enough to gently unpack those patterns, understand where they came from, and then begin to create new ones.

I’m a trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapist with years of experience supporting people through life’s hardest seasons.
Clients often tell me they feel calmer just by walking into my office. That’s by design. I’ve worked intentionally to create a space where you can fully exhale, show up as yourself, and feel seen in all your complexity—the good, the bad, and the “different.”
No matter what you bring, whether you’re here as an individual or a couple, I meet you with compassion, consistency, and collaboration.
My approach balances deep healing with real, practical tools for lasting change. I can help you intentionally reprocess trauma, explore different parts of yourself (even the ones you may have buried or kept hidden), or work through painful patterns with your partner. All of your feelings are here for a reason. My job is to help you find what that reason is.
